  Dont Go!!! First quoted me a bill for $1200 parts alone $800 labor was $400. Supplied the parts still got charged an additional $300 for labor took them over a week to fix the car for something that takes only a couples hours to repair. Fraud and thieves i wouldnt recommend. I blame myself i had a bad feeling about this place and still went against that feeling.

  Couldn't make time on a Tuesday night to mount two winter tires on wheels that were already off the vehicle. I happen to know this would take 10 minutes including balancing and would do it myself but I don't have the equipment. So not having time...I didn't really buy it but that's fine so I made an appointment for Friday afternoon. Keep in mind that this is NY and our first snowstorm is about to blow in. I really need those tires mounted. Well I come in on Friday and someone had cancelled my appointment without letting me know. I rearranged work so I could get there during the day. The owner made no effort to help me or apologize or make time or anything. He said I could wait an hour and "maybe" he could mount them. Remember that this task takes 10 minutes, not to mention I don't have an hour to wait for his convenience. I called Hudson Valley Automotive and the owner there welcomed me to come over first thing in the morning. That's much more like it; call them first and you'll be doing yourself a favor.

  Horrible experience. My tier blew up on the highway right by this place. I approached the guy with kindness and very polite and he just had an attitude with me. He told me $65 for a use tier that has maybe a week or 2 left in it. The gentleman who was changing it told me to ask the owner who i first spook to who was the rude one for a better price. I said ok and the owner went nuts. I then realized when someone else who was the same race as he was asked for a 20 discount on something he said ok with no problem. I asked for it at 55 and he was very rude. Very racist . This place needs the owner to step down cause everyone else was nice. Don't go here rip off racist and rude!!!!
