  Very sad store. I waited over 40 minutes just to try a purchase a door. Walked to the front of the store 3 time asking for help.. Having them lowes employees to call over the speakers 3 times to go to 48 to help customer... Very sad store. Wouldn't come back to this store for nothing... The service is horrible... 04/02/2018...

  I needed 20 pieces of rope, cut in 12 foot lengths. The gentleman (at the Eastern and Russell store in Las Vegas) did it efficiently and with a great attitude! Thanks again Lowe's! (My experiences with this store is that they overwhelmingly give great service - they take the time to listen, and then do their best to meet the customer's need). My only complaint is that sometimes they are a bit short staffed, but that seems to be true many places since the 2008 recession.
