::I needed some stuff at the lumbar yard, Lowe's was on my way home, I found that the people's I talk there where very nice and helpful, very nice, I give this place 5 stars.

::Helpful staff. They actually stopped when I got their attention to ask them about a product. It would be helpful to give the employees a type of inventory list that shows the products available and the employee can type in the use for product and this app would give aisle number and location of said product to help customer locate proper items. Also there should always be two of each product. I just took the only items they had for this project. What about the next guy? He goes to another store.

::This employee Richard was supper when I asked him where can I find metal wire he went on to respond there is some on aisle 1, 15, some outside and they have some at Home Depot you just take your pick on where you can find an get it there you are going to have to more specific and walk away I was shocked and piss I ended up asking someone else and she cool and nice but the Old Man Richard was too rude and shouldn't be helping customer is that is always going to be his attitude towards said customers.

::Friendly gal at the door. Had choices of portable gas grill we were looking for. Helpful Carlos found us the tiny washers we were looking for. Neat, clean store. Check out gal joked she'd been waiting for us. We'll go back.

::The store is clean and well stocked and thats it. No customer service whatsoever, my husband and I spent an hour trying to pick cabinets while 2 associates sat at the desk and never glanced at us once. We expected this as this was my third visit. The third time I've been completely ignored by all employees who are too busy talking to each other and can't be bothered. On my first visit I was finally able to ask the cashier a few questions, but he was rude and actually answered my questions in a condescending manor. The next 2 visit, I let my husband pay. Is there a Home Depot in the area?
