  I wanna give Five Star to LOFT service especially to Laura and Nicholle. They look new because I know most of them since this is nearest store to my home. I and my friend made late shopping but they were so patient and helpful even shop was closed!!! Great service that everyone should learn from them! Excellent service and thank you!

  The staff doesn't even acknowledge you. If you look like you're lower class they won't even bother to look your way. I didn't get a hello, how are you. None of that. I work in retail and my number one job is to deliver excellent customer service and give my customers the ultimate experience. Something that Ann Taylor employees don't provide. I will never shop at this store again.
