::I wanna give Five Star to LOFT service especially to Laura and Nicholle. They look new because I know most of them since this is nearest store to my home. I and my friend made late shopping but they were so patient and helpful even shop was closed!!! Great service that everyone should learn from them! Excellent service and thank you!

::The staff doesn't even acknowledge you. If you look like you're lower class they won't even bother to look your way. I didn't get a hello, how are you. None of that. I work in retail and my number one job is to deliver excellent customer service and give my customers the ultimate experience. Something that Ann Taylor employees don't provide. I will never shop at this store again.
