  I've been shopping for a car for a few weeks and reached out to Marchese via their website about a vehicle they had listed for sale. I got an almost immediate response from Ian who was immediately accommodating of my request. He quickly put together numbers for me, was extremely responsive throughout and made me feel very comfortable about going through with the purchase. The experience at this dealership is what I wish I had experienced at the many other dealerships I had spoken to before them. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy again in future from this dealer.

  After horrible customer service with my last car company I decided to check out Chevrolet. I loved the traverse and checked out several dealerships but felt they saw me as a bank account and not a person. Efrain Garcia was the exact opposite. Very low key and listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. This guy is an encyclopedia when it comes to Chevy cars and beyond that is a veteran and an all around good guy. Picture buying a car from an old friend. I'm extremely loyal with a dealership that treats me well and if Efrain is typical of the service at Marchese Chevrolet then they will have my future business as well as my referrals. I love my 2018 traverse and couldn't be more complimentary towards Efrain Garcia. Call him and find yourself a car.

  Bryan Marchese and his management staff are very dishonest and a bunch of FRAUDS at this dealership. They steal people’s hard earned monies for services paid & they don’t render. I do not recommend this dealership for anything, stay far away or you will be victimized by their lies and deceit and lose your money. I have also been told by a customer of theirs that most of the positive reviews given to them are in exchange for an oil change, not to mention the need to make their employees write bogus positive reviews “Tuesday Castillo” for example answers their phones and Bryan Marchese made her write a positive review to back a negative one.. NO INTEGRITY AT ALL AT THIS DEALER!

  I went to this dealership with my husband and son right before closing time on a Sunday afternoon not expecting much. We were immediately approached by Mike who offered to answer any questions before we could speak to Andy, the dedicated salesman. After talking with Andy and Mike for a bit we immediately felt at ease. These were regular guys from our community who were interested in selling us a vehicle that met our needs within our price range. We decided on a Chevy Equinox and after a thorough test drive we put down a deposit. We got a great deal and Andy and Mike did everything they could to make sure we were happy. We picked up the car later that week and Andy spent over an hour with us explaining all the features and getting our OnStar subscription set up. He even called us a few days later to follow-up on how we were enjoying the new car and offered to answer any questions we had any time either over the phone or in person. This was followed by a handwritten note expressing his gratitude for our business. We were very impressed with the experience we had at Marchese and will most certainly buy another vehicle from them. We’ve already recommended the ealership to many friends.

  This dealership is very accommodating to your needs, Deb has amazing customer service skills which made my visit to Marchese a great experience. They’re definitely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing vehicle problems. I described the sound my car was making and the service advisor knew exactly what it was. Great service department! Thank you Marchese!
