  The work here is spot on. Donavan knows his BMW's inside and out. His ability to trouble shot is again very good. I've used this shop for the last 3 + years and never have I brought a car back because it wasn't fixed right the 1st time. 9W Motor Werks is fair and very honest in their work and cost.

  They refuse to allow you to pick up a vehicle they towed on Friday night until Monday then charge you storage for the days they won't let you pick it up. They add mileage by going to the next town up instead of using the turn around spots on a divided highway, and admit to charging even more if you make an insurance claim. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option.

  The owner is awesome and listens to the customer's concerns. The best and most honest mechanic I've had in the past 10 years. Keep up the fantastic service!

  Dominic is a BMW man by trade, but will work on anything. I took my BMW to him for a year and he was great. I always felt that he was honest and did good work. Since selling, I've taken my older Jeep to him with no problems. I trust him to give me a fare price and recommend friends to him all the time.

  I came in for a tire replacement on a BMW earlier this week. These guys took it in, got the job done quick and helped me out with a few other issues. They know what they're doing and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd recommend this place to anyone (especially with a BMW), and I'll definitely be going back.
