::This is the second time I have gone to this restaurant and they had no hot and ready pizzas available. Then after waiting I had to get a refund for one of them because they allowed one of them to sit in the oven for to long and it burned. When I asked for a refund the guy in the front said he couldn't do that, then I had to talk with another employee who said that if I wanted to wait for another 5 or so minutes they would get me a new one. By this time I had already been there for over 20 minutes and could not wait. I went in for a quick hot and ready, not a custom order. This place is a horrible representation of this restaurant chain. I would not advise anyone to go there.

::Looks like they have a new manager. They now have Hot and ready pizza's and actually answer and take phone orders. They use to not ever answer the phone or have pizza. Always had to wait. The female manager now told me and my wife that customer service will be better while she was there. And it is. Also I observed that she and some crew members at the time we came in were cleaning and scrubbing walls. So the store looks cleaner. Bottom line I have more confidence in coming to this location now. New Manager was very nice and professional.

::Been working here 2 months now we are under new owner and management!!! This place has improved big time in the last 2 week ...we now have hot and ready stuff crust and 3 meat ...and deep dish after 4 pm !!!! And we will be getting remodeling done soon !!!!!

::Ordered a cheese 🍕! It...Was...AMAZING!! It smells GREAT!! Fast food(they cook really fast) and if your not up for waiting, order a PRE-MADE 🍕!! Recommend to all!! (P.S.Without allergies.)
