::My usual Taco Bell in Garland is much better than this one. Average

::Food was good and made fast pretty much what you'd expect going into a taco bell.

::They have the BEST EMPLOYEES! Everyone is so friendly, especially the sweet lady in the drive-through. I guarantee if you go up there on a weekday at lunch that you'll see what I mean. If I'm having a rough day at work, I honestly will go up there just to see her smiling face. It really is all about who you hire!

::I love the morning crew. Your overnight or 2nd shift employees are careless and rude. I was handed a plastic cup of cinnabon delights that were just removed from the grease. The delights were still cold in the middle. When i returned with my order the manager just dropped my food back in the grease and handed me the greasy cup back that had sugar all over it.

::This is a strange Taco Bell. What lends to the weirdness is the fact that it's right on the edge of downtown and close to the county jail. Given this, you just never know who you'll meet. Very often you'll meet a panhandler who will try to get coins for whatever reason. Just from observation, you can hear some interesting stories. Another thing that lends to the weirdness is that late at night, the employees seem to not smile, but at least they do their jobs. Interaction is straight forward. They ask for the order and they call your number. Don't expect much small talk because that's not on the menu. I don't mind this at all, but it seems kind of cold to not at least be greeted or see some sort of enthusiasm. Maybe that's overrated? Bottom line you get your food and I guess that's what really matters.
