  Have been to this location several times. Not everytime, but a few times like June12, 2018, I stopped by after a doctors appt. to get 2 of my grandkids some lunch, so I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. I stopped by 15 minutes before opening so I waited in the car till the store opened. Got in there ordered the pizza, the young man just handed the pizza to me, box still opened, no thankyou, nothing. In fact, I had to say thankyou with no resonse from him. He was disrespectful, rude, and in no way, know how to use good customer service skills. I WON'T be back to tjat store and I WILL be calling the corporate office. Horrible! 😣

  Place sucks. Bunch of little kids working here too busy playing games to get your food ready. Never ever hot n ready ready to go. Tell you 10 minutes when reality is 30 to 40 minutes. They took down the franchise sign so you can't call the owner who obviously don't care anyway My last time in here

  Hot and Ready....... yeah right! Try "not-so-ready". We got there and ordered two hot-and-ready pizzas. There was only one other couple there late Friday night around 9:30pm. We waited about 15-20 min. So much for hot-and-ready lol.

  They were busy... And I get that, as it was Sunday evening, but it wasn't the freshest. Ordered one hamburger and one cheese, the hamburger was freshest, but the meat wasn't... Like they put old dried out over cooked and over spiced hamburger on a fresh pizza... The cheese was sitting there for to Long and barely warm, and we ate in the car (road trip) so it was right away. Won't go back when going thru that area!

  December 22nd 2017 at 620pm first we wanted a sausage pizza and they said they were out of sausage no biggie. than we order 2 pepperoni 2 cheese Italian cheese bread and the cinnamon desert he just stands there looks at us like we are stupid. Mind you the rest of the time he was paying attention to everything other than our order. So than we repeat our order he slowly enters it after I have to tell him the price of the cheese bread. Than he gives us our change but not all of it. Still standing there my wife told him he forgot some of the change and he didn't give a receipt he just stares at her and says nothing. After a minute of silence I told my wife don't worry about it. The store was filthy trash everywhere. The phone was ringing the entire time and even when there were no customers he just stood there and ignored it. Look up my other reviews there are none that should show you how bad this place was. I don't do reviews but this place needs restaffed deep cleaned and needs more than two chairs for waiting on the turtle speed staff.
