Nice bar but what I didn't like was the fact that the bartender tried to overcharge me for a drink. I asked him how much the drink was he said $5 then quickly hesitates and says $7 which one is it? I don't know if he thought I was tipsy and he could get over on me but it was not a good first impression for me with this bar. I like the hip hop music and fellow bar patrons seem nice. But Mr. Owner you need to talk to your staff there's no telling how many other people they have tried to get extra money out of. Nice bar overall I would come back if I'm in the area again.

A good place to start the night, or to visit for happy hour because they have a pretty good one. My night visits here have been met with mixed experiences. Some nights, the bartenders are super quick and awesome and other nights, it would seem like they try their hardest to ignore me. I do have to say that they make real good drinks though.

This place was phenomenal. Super relaxed environment. Small and comforting. This is the place you wanna catch up with that old friend you haven't seen in years, or get a night of drinking started. Really enjoyed my experience here.

Overall a good place to spend the night in downtown Houston jamming with your friends or just hang. We went on NYE had a good time. The bar was understaffed and the bartenders were a bit standoffish... parking is somewhat of a hassle but that's all of downtown.
