  Great gym, nice clean facility, plenty of space and equipment. only thing is that the sauna is out of order a lot in the mens locker room...but beside that great place...

  Decent equipment, quite understaffed though. I’m used to gyms having trainers roaming, available to spot and ask questions to.

  I needed rotator cuff therapy after surgery. They are wonderful!
