  Been going for a year. It's a great environment for either beginners or hard core fitness people. There is a place and a difficultly level for all kinds in the same class. People are encouraging and just awesome.

  Started going here almost a year ago now and I really enjoy it. The instructors here are top notch and friendly. The other CrossFiters are just as nice and always encouraging. Could not ask for more for this gym.
