  Handled some business at this bank on November 1st. My Paperwork has not been processed yet, we keep getting the run around, from liberty savings. I've done my part & the bank hasn't done theirs! Every time I go to there's always a long wait time to speak to a members rep just to hear excuses.

  They can be slow at times, but for a place with 3 locations, they do an amazing job.

  Slowest bank ever! I’ve never at any bank waited so long for information regarding a loan or Acct info. Minimum 2 hour wait always!

  This is the worst bank to come in. Customer service suck. Two hours sitting. For only to get a card. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEEDS.
