  Worst service.... stood there waiting for what should be less than a 5 min transaction with most banks. After finally being attended it took another 20-30. Wasted well over an hour of my time for something that should be immediate. Oh and they yelled at me for not following the non existent instructions on the iPads that were not working.

  No more tellers. Only one desk associate and a manager I believe. You need to go to Journal Square branch if you like dealing and interacting with tellers. They do have parking but you have to pay.

  No tellers and long lines for MTA it's sucks if you are in a hurry. Plus no other capital one bank around.

  There are no tellers on this bank. Worst service.
