  Harassed me non stop for months. Constantly called despite me asking to be removed from their list. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

  We hired Liberty Pest Control to help us with a, hmm, let's say "issue" in our office.  The building manager uses this company in another building he manages, so we went with them.  They were nice when selling us on their services, but were totally incompetent after we signed on the bottom line.  They came a handful of times, then kept cancelling or saying they were coming, then did not.  They seem totally unorganized when you call the office. However, they kept billing us!  Why on earth would we pay the bills when they didn't come to our office?  So...we didn't pay the bills, although they kept coming.  They tried to get our credit card number when we signed up, but didn't give it to them.  Super glad we didn't or we'd be fighting them via American Express!  We fired Liberty and found and hired a competent company.  Unfortunately, we are stuck having paid a $200 "setup" fee.  What a scam. Stay away from them and avoid this headache.

  Best pest control company when it comes to quality, satisfaction, service and great staff. Eliminated my pest issue, technician was on time well mannered. i can say i will be a lifelong customer. !!

  A wonderful company that has done an exceptional job for years with our bar! And the staff is amazing, professional, punctual, swift and friendly! Highly recommended....you won't find better!

  Liberty Pest Control was fast, friendly, and evidently experienced. Bed bugs is the worst experience I ever experienced in my life especially since I have a one year old. By using LIBERTY I now have peace of mind knowing that the bugs are nothing to worry about. I don't remember the last time any service in the city provided such exceptional customer service with the friendliness. MARIO, my technician was prompt, pleasant, professional and polite! He was incredibly thorough and really knew what he was doing. The Staff at LIBERTY took the time to listen to all my concerns answered all my questions (and yes I did have a lot). If you are in need of pest control ,I highly recommend this company !
