  Called and spoke to many pest control companies about a potential bedbugs problem. Henry was not only the least “sketchy and scammy”, he was the exact opposite of those things. He was generous with his time, even consulting over text using pictures. He actually convinced me I may not have a problem rather that take easy money to come out to my place and tell me the same. I hope he is right, but if not I’ll be using EZ Bedbug with zero reservations. Also, for what it’s worth (a ton!), the description of EZ’s services seems to require a lot less work on the part of the customer.

  If you are on the fence about who to call...CALL THESE GUYS!! This is my second bedbug experience within two years in my Brooklyn apartment, and the first experience was an absolute and total nightmare. I called Matt around 9:30 one Friday night shaking with nervousness about the mess I thought was about to come. He was very patient and explained the nervousness away. All other services I've called require you to pack up your entire home as if you were moving out, and then you have to live out of your bags for a month! I do Airbnb and have a very busy life so this process is life-shattering for a person like me. These guys have a chemical trio that allows you to leave everything out, NO PACKING UP THE HOUSE! They are prompt, responsive, and 100% professional. Also, Matt could tell that coughing up that much money unexpectedly was a challenge for me, so he allowed me to split my payments. Bedbug exterminations are VERY expensive, always. Their prices were exactly the same as the folks that make you pack up the entire house. Also, I have problems with roaches and mice, and they addressed both of these issues for me at no extra charge. If you are on the fence about who to call...CALL THESE GUYS!!

  These guys were amazing!! They showed up on time, very professional and after one application my problem was solved. They even called back to make sure I was happy with the service. Don't bother with a big company. These two brothers get it done!! I would recommend them for any size job.

  After dealing with a bedbug problem for a long time with my elderly Aunt, I feeing lucky I found Matt and Henry. We hired them because they were the only company that was able to fully explain there treatment options over the phone and answer all of our questions. They worked with us 100% and were very easy to contact. Our bugs have been gone for about 2 months and they just called me to check in and make sure everything was going well. Really nice guys, highly recommended.
