  Horrible service! I received a bill from that lab for the procedure that I was unaware of. I sent a letter to them, trying to find out what the bill was for. In response, received a handwritten hysterical response written all over my letter in red ink. The person who wrote it didn't even knew how to respond to clients in a professional manner. She/he used abbreviations, multiple explanation marks and text message style language. I felt like I was being threatened by that person and it was my own fault that I didn't know about the bill. The lab has absolutely no respect to their clients.

  I visited the Forest Hills location. The gentleman greeted me and was very helpful. He had already recognized that I had not eaten and felt weak. You assured me about the process and quickly had me do it in a few minutes. That allowed me to go out and eat and recover. He was professional and excellent skills. Great visit.
