  Food is just delicious and my favorite is that it's organic. I highly recommend the burger. So many delicious choices. The staff is pleasant and my server Vinnie was great. I can't say enough about Le Salbuen except that I'm already planning my next dinner.

  Excellent! Vegetarian and vegan choices with equal number of omnivore dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even simple goat cheese on toast was special. Service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy enough to be romantic but you could stop hear. It's now on our list of regulars!

  An intimate place with a very hip interior.. Food while sensitive to vegan pallets also serves a awesome beef burger. Vinny our server was pleasant and not overwhelming. A great place!!!

  Seems like dinner may be the best kept secret! Wow this place is good. Only complaint is the exhaust fan wasn't working too well last time. Had to air my clothes out for 2 days.

  I love this place for breakfast or brunch. First of all the food is Simply Amazing. Not only does it taste great but it looks great. It's not your Diner type of breakfast fair and you won't find 100 different types of breakfast items but what they do serve is creative, delicious, and affordable. Be aware though that the restaurant is very small and there are very few tables available so may have to wait however on the days that I have gone I've never really had any problems. I totally recommend this place especially if you are a Montclair local.
