::Don't bother buying from here, return policy is NIL. I spent $400 and the store clerk made me feel awful for trying to make a return on a pan because I changed my mind about the color. First she immediately tried to let me they would price match! ( she was not listening to my request at all) then asked me my name to see if it matched the receipt. then refused the return and claimed the pan was used. I had to leave the store with my unwanted pan. Who refuses returns in stores these days??? I should of purchased at Nordstrom or Bloomies where return policy is better.

::I drove 45 minutes for the sole purpose of going to this store. I arrived during their posted business hours, and it was closed! Lights were turned off, doors were locked, and no one was in there. I guess they had somewhere better to be at noon on a Wednesday, and I guess I'll go buy my new skillet elsewhere.

::Every time I visit Bethesda, I love to stop in Le Creuset boutique, because I collect this wonderful cookware. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and explain the product details so well. They always help me find the perfect addition to my kitchen. Cerise is my favorite color. I recommend this shop to anyone who loves to cook. Thank you!

::The store manager at this store provides exceptional customer service. Her male associate was another story! The manager provided me a with brief history of Le Creuset and an explanation of what makes their cookware superior to the competition. She helped me select the perfect gift for my sister - who loves to cook. My sister could not be happier with the gift!

::I stopped in to buy some baking dishes because I was going to make shirred eggs the next morning and realized I didn't have the right oven equipment. The staff were very helpful in directing me to the different size/shape options and then left me alone as I looked around the store before making my decision. The product itself, the bakeware, is fantastic and I know I'll be using the dishes I bought for years.
