  Lori's approach to vocal training is all inclusive. Starting with a good understanding of your goals, she leaves no aspect out of the picture. She learns about you, your voice, your body and not only provides exercises designed to increase and improve vocal range, strength and tonality, but also takes an interest in understanding and improving the aspects in the physical body that can hinder the voice from flowing freely. She understands different vocal styles as they apply to musical genres and teaches how to execute the style or styles the student is interested in expressing. Lori is encouraging and made me believe that I am a singer. Her lessons helped me to open up and sing songs that I didn't think I could pull off. Her support and faith in my voice inspired me to listen to my lesson cd's and practice daily. She takes interest in performances and instructs on foods and drinks to avoid (and the best foods and drinks to eat) on performance days, as well as stage presence, and delivery. Lori's personal approach to coaching individuals ensures that her students can attain their singing goals.

  Lori is AMAZING. She clearly has a deep understanding of the human voice, and is one of the most effective teachers (of anything!) I've ever had the privilege to work with. In a few short weeks, she'd increase my range beyond what I thought was possible, while helping me acquire greater control. If you're serious about your voice, you MUST check her out.

  I had always wanted to take Vocal lessons because I knew I had some "issues." I sang in several bands before, but wanted to up my game. I saw Lori's ad for her studio in Rancho Cucamonga and decided to give her a try. She had some great reviews, but I wanted find out for myself. I also thought she had kind eyes, but would also be firm too. (see her Business card LOL) I went initially from 4 lessons to doing 36 with her! She immediately pinpointed my issues and put me to task. The take home CD's of the actual lesson's are still an invaluable tool and I constantly refer to them all the time. I'd have friends in the band remark that my voice sounded stronger and that I had "picked up extra notes" or increased my range I'd asked her to "break me down" vocally and rebuild me and she did. She has a wealth of Technical knowledge concerning all aspects of being a Vocalist: She's done it all and has the experience to back it up. I am a Better singer today (currently lead vocalist in a band) because of her and feel fortunate to have found such a dedicated coach. Thanks Lori!

  I have known Lori for many years. She is passionate, dedicated and experienced in regards to her teaching style. She helped me improve and strengthen vocal chords through diet (no caffeine, vinegar, spicy food ) before practice, breathing techniques and reading exercises. She is patient and willing to help those achieve their goals.
