  Nearly a week before the hurricane, Reserved a king suite for my family because they did not have adjoining rooms for HURRICANE EVACUATION. When we got to the hotel and checked in they gave me a tiny room with a king bed that we would not fit into with even standing or sitting room certainty not room to make pallets to sleep on, went back to tell them it was wrong and was informed they did not have a suite available, even though it was booked so far in advance, and we would have to pay for a second room down the hall!! This would not work for a family to be split up during a major hurricane, So now we are stuck out in the storm praying for safety for my family 👪 🙏. They had already charged me for the suite and also wanted me to pay for a second room not next door. The TV in room was not even connected so we could follow what was happening with the storm, despite having power. If they'd informed us during one of the many times I called to confirm our room that they did not have the room they promised, we would have had plenty of time to find another hotel. Rocia stated that the money will be returned to my account, so we'll see how that works out because this felt like a complete scam.

  Bugs in room and during breakfast. On the floor n wall both room and lobby.

  I wish you could smoke in the rooms but oh well, fairly priced for the location and I haven’t seen one roach.
