Pleasantly greeted upon arrival and allowed early check-in. The hotel lobby, pool, gym, elevators and corridors were very clean. Our room was spacious and very clean. It had 2 beds, 1 sofa bed and a television with plenty of channels. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, utensils, microwave and fridge. We had one minor issue with the smoke detector in our room. It began chirping for a new battery at 4am. I informed the friendly lady with glasses and shoulder length curly hair at the front desk. She was apologetic for the inconvenience and promptly changed the battery. She was awesome! The complimentary breakfast was always nice with a variety of fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast sandwiches, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels, toast and plenty of beverages. The attendant always made sure there was enough food for eveyone and greeted guest with a good morning smile. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us with plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Beaches are only about an hour away. Great location! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this location.

If you're picking up a car from Carvana, this is the most convenient place to be. I wish I could've stayed longer. My room was spacious and had everything a person could want including a kitchen, dishes, mini fridge and so much storage. I could see how this would be amazing for remote working as there's a very comfortable desk chair I wish I could've taken with me. Overall I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice play to stay for long term. I was here for over 10 days. They have a fridge and microwave but no stove. Big room with a sitting room. They provide breakfast but it is the same thing every day, they do have options though. The only negative I would say is that during my stay they were washing carpets and they neglected to let us know. They just went in and turned everything around, grant it they did come back and put everything back but to walk in and the floor was slippery and the rug was wet for a couple days. Could not walk barefoot. And the lobby smelled musty for a few days since there is no ventilation in the hallway. Other than that the stay was nice. Staff is very nice.

this hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly however if you make a request it is not honored because they're so busy. The hotel is full to capacity due to the hurricane. I an a Hilton honors member and this hotel was nice. However, our sink was clogged and the carpet had a sticky residue that was not cleaned properly so we had to deal with those issues the whole stay because the front desk never made it an issue to get taken care of

Room smelled of wet dog, pet urine, and feet upon check-in. The kitchen utensils had dried food particles crusted on them in the drawer. The hotel was sold out so they weren't able to accommodate a replacement room (and surrounding hotels were booked due to Hurricane Ian). I was offered a highly fragrant air freshener by the desk clerk to go spray myself in the room, which wasn't going to work for the issue. I had to go to the store myself at 11pm and buy $18 worth of pet odor eliminators. Worst hotel experience in years. Guests shouldn't have to deodorize their own rooms. If I had the option of checking out and staying elsewhere, I would have. Update after second day: The hotel was able to change rooms after the 1st night. The staff acknowledged the horrible room smell (first night was refunded). New room didn't smell awful, but the ironing board fell apart while I had a hot iron on it and it nearly burned my foot (the board was missing a bolt at the hinge and came loose). I tried to call the front desk to alert to the issue but the phone dial buttons were broken... I put the broken ironing board and phone in the hall. This might be the worst hotel experience I have had in the USA.
