  I really don't know why people give this place bad reviews. The neighborhood is one of the safest in NYC (look it up), the staff was pleasant and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. It is not a 5 star hotel, and the room rate also reflects that. If you are visiting NY and don't want to spend a ton of money on a room you are only using to sleep in- stay here.

  Helt greit hotell kjempeflott beliggenhet .kjempekoselig og hjelpsom betjening..rene rom. Litt bråkete ac... men for en hyggelig pris kan det absolutt anbefales .kommer garantert igjen.

  Located on a busy avenue, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel staff can use some customer service retraining. Definitely cultural differences. There is a foul smell in the hallways every morning that even scent spray can't help. The place needs to be deep cleaned and sanitized. The facility is good, just need the right people for upkeep!!
