::Un hotel muy acogedor, limpio y agradable. Muy buena cama, aire acondicionado, tv, baño impecable y con muy buena presión de agua. Desayuno bueno y variado. Una de las mejores cosas que tiene el hotel es que dispone de una van que te lleva al metro y te trae de vuelta, la última van regresa a las 22:30, y María la conductora una maravillosa persona. La relación precio calidad es muy buena. Volveríamos nuevamente. A mejorar, la atención de los recepcionista ante consultas típicas de un turista.

::Would not go here ever again. The location is in the middle of an industrial area. Did not feel safe leaving the hotel after dark. It's cheap so if that is your goal great but not worth it in my opinion. They have a shuttle to take you to the nearest train station, but I did not use it.

::I WISH THAT THERE WERE -Minus STARS or NO STARS! As a Platinum member with Marriott I feel obligated to give a negative comment. Have stayed there several times and every time I overlooked minor and some mayor details... I was traveling on business and it was just me traveling alone. This time my family and children were affected and I believe that everyone should know about it. I will post this same message in every social media possible so that nobody has to experience it. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE ! After making the arrangements and the calls to the hotel, my family and children were basically forgotten as the shuttle never arrived; waiting for over one hour, they were forced to walk back in the rain. I will not ever reserve at this hotel and urge anyone traveling that is considering this Marriott Property to overlook it and look elsewhere, around Queensboro Plaza, as it is poorly managed and the shuttle that they have is not what is supposed to be at all. I wish there were consequences....

::Essendo situato in una zona di magazzini e attività varie tornare tardi la sera o comunque dopo le 22,45 quando il servizio navetta non è più disponibile può creare un po’ di apprensione. La nostra camera era ampia, confortevole e pulita. Ottima la prima colazione e molto apprezzata la possibilità di prepararsi un caffè/te al rientro alla sera. Metropolitana abbastanza vicina e servizio navetta ogni 30 minuti. Buona posizione di partenza per la visita della città. Soggiorno settembre 2017. Ci tornerei.

::The hotel is nice a d comfortable, the stuff is extremely helpful, breakfast is basic but served hot and tasty, room service is good. The dining room is always open, where you have a free Starbucks coffee, herbal tea and green tea. You can order food from nearby restaurants via the front desk. A homely atmosphere hotel with one major problem - the nearest subway station is 15 min away by walk. They do have a free shuttle service every half an hour, but when you get to wait for it in -10 centigrade with no reasonable cover, you tend to forget all the other benefits of this hotel. I recommend it for budget customers, not during an extreme climates.
