  Lots of upgraded items, rooms, and lobby. Much better than the last time I stayed here about 5 years ago. Would consider staying here again.

  Absolutely disgusting! There were hairs all over the bathroom; shavings next to the faucet, Pubes and long hairs everywhere on the floor, Pubes stuck on the toilet pee down the front of the toilet. Collected dust and muck on the doors. Mold in the shower, bath tub looked like it was about to collapse all bubbled up in one area. Smelled funny. Air fresheners stuck in the ac vents. All the sheets were either stained or dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I can’t believe La Quinta keeps this place open or doesn’t totally remodel. I did not want to stay here but it was two am and we were traveling back from San Antonio and got locked out of our townhome through our garage my boyfriend had to work in the morning and if it was up to me we would’ve left. I would have rather slept in the car but we have a 7 month old, so instead I sucked it up and slept on one of our blankets. We stay at La Quintas everywhere we go so I was definitely shocked at how badly this one is taken care of.

  Not a good part of town, suspicious people walking parking lot, you felt like you were gonna be robbed at any minute! Room was clean but they need to something to make customers feel safer.

  We always stay at this location when we visit Dallas. We never really have any complaints, it's always just a very nice stay! I love to get the family suite that has three beds. The breakfast is really nice!! Very nice location, close to alot of attractions. We will continue to stay here.

  I recently was at this hotel and I couldn’t be more disappointed with what happened. The front desk staff (Andre) and security guard were nothing but rude and not helpful what so ever. We got back to our room about 1:30 am to our room BROKEN into and our personal belongings were STOLEN out of our room. We soon found out that our cars were STOLEN out of the parking lot as well. When we went to the front desk staff (Andre) and the security guard, we were told that there was nothing that they could do and they were incredibly rude the entire time. I am VERY disappointed and feel very targeted. I did not feel safe at this place at all.
