  Nice accommodations. Great location. The service was great we always need extra towels🏨🛎️! Great beds too🛏️💁‍♀️💁‍♂️💆‍♂️! Overall...great stay!

  Everything was nice. Great location. Close to uptown. I forgot the name of the Restaurant onsite but it was really convenient. Caring and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

  We were staying here the weekend of march 10th. It seemed like a good hotel until we got home from the mavericks game. We weren't there 10 minutes and someone was murdered outside of our hotel room. I went to talk to the front desk lady about a refund or to talk to her manager and she was very rude and acted as if she didn't care. I know what happened was out of there hands, but the front desk lady needs to learn some manners and be more professional. Other than that situation, we had booked a Jacuzzi suite and it was very nice and clean. They had given me extra towels when I asked.

  I was not pleased with the cost vs value of this site. We have stayed at other best western and been very happy but not this site. The staff were great but we found a roach upon entering the site. The exterior is rundown, the real fast lobby detached from rooms and the price was almost double other sites in Dallas for comparable rooms. Will not stay again.

  Hmmm..... The room was clean (except for the blanket on the bed, yuck!) Front desk staff certainly didn't go out of their way to be friendly. Not even a thank you at check out -it kind of seems like none of them like their jobs. Double charged my card. Next door neighbor partying and smoking in a non smoking area of the hotel, so yep, my kids were breathing in smoke -not okay. Close to downtown, which was nice! And the housekeeping lady that cleaned the room each day we stayed was so nice! My kids really liked her!
