  This store location was pretty clean. Only 1 associate offered help. I wish I caught her name so she can be acknowledged for that. (She was a very happy and prideful medium-to-tall female, thick and held her head up high... she was in the children’s/kids section on Sunday 5/20th around 5:30-6:30PM) I really hope she gets credit for this, because she literally was the ONLY one who helped me and my wife while we had our two little kids. We were looking for matching Disney bottoms & tops. She helped as much as she could than continued her work. She was folding and making the shelves look clean. Now after she re-directed me to the infant/toddler section, we came across a elderly worker (female w/ a slight accent) who seemed annoyed as hell that anyone was even shopping in her section. She was huffing and puffing under her breathe but didn’t manage to stop and say a word! Not even a HELLO, greeting or to offer help. I’m big on reviews, I observe a lot, this woman should’ve been sent home. She was clearly angry. The cashier we had was nice, patient and handled the checkout with ease. It was a good shopping experience except for those few minutes in the baby section.

  so went online 1st to see if they had this particular paw patrol headset for my son and showed that this kohl and the one in woodland park had them.. so what i went to both and couldn't find them so i order them online to pick up in 24hr... well 6 days later i got an email item can't be located.

  Clifton location- the workers are always pleasant and eager to help. During peak shopping hours, lunchtime and 6pm, they don't have enough cashiers working and the return department usually has a long wait line. But sales are great. Wide selection of clothing, and they have %off mailed out to members and scratch off discount % if you forget your flyer. I personally love shopping here.

  Helpful for everyday clothes and houseware shopping. Plus, they have good toys at Christmas for your nieces and nephews. I got a great Christmas train which they loved!

  This store has plenty of parking space but my shopping experience here has been terrible. The prices on the goods are always cheaper than what they charge you for. More like they don't update the prices on their system. The cashiers are also never willing to help, they want you to leave so they attend to the next person. The customer service here is on the low. Not the best place I would recommend for a good shopping experience however, they do have nice stuffs.
