  Most disgusting place I’ve ever been. I walked into the office to check in and instantly needed a gallon of hand sanitizer to take a bath in. The staff were ridiculously rude to the point where it was unnecessary. There was a couch in the office (that you couldn’t pay me to stand next to let alone sit on) that had towels all over it (dirty or clean? You’ll never know) I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their customer survice was horrid and deserves to be shut down and have every single employee filed under mentally unstable. I’m only giving them 1/5 star because it’s the only option otherwise they would be recieving a 0.

  I know someone who paid 175 to rent a room here on Memorial Day weekend they was suppose to have a hot tub in their room and they did not get the hot tub there was an attic door in their room that anyone could crawl from another room into their room they had to ask for a TV remote and they gave them a remote but told them they would have to program the television the door to their room didn't even lock the lights was going off and to top it all off the room had bed bugs . When the asked for a refund because they was not going to stay the first tried to tell them they stayed for a little bit so they couldn't refund their money and then when they insisted they said there was no manager around so they didn't have the authority to give the refund so she called the next day and got the same excuse. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IT IS NOT FIT FOR ANYONE TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN. THEY FIX NOTHING AND THEY CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. THE BOARD OF HEALTH NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THEM

  This place was horrible. The room had stale smoke smell. The floor in the tub/toilet area was spongy. The tub faucet was so old it was almost corroded through. The ceiling light fixtures were missing the covers and the flourescent light covers were off. One of the bed sheets had cigarette burn in it. No remote control for the TV. If you ask me the fire inspector should visit this place. They should be paying you to stay here.

  This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! My sister rented this hotel for her birthday and when we entered the room there was nothing but ROACHES CRAWLING!!! In the beds, on the floor, and in the microwave! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The pictures are lies and the rooms do not look like them

  This place is horrible. They refused to refund money even though they have NO HOT WATER. 2 days now without hot water. Their solution is to use another room for a shower then back to our room. We have a family with kids. Was told could park my trailer here and was given a paper to put on trailer. Next day found out the manager call and had it tagged to be towed. It took 2 days to get pillows. Luckily we had ours. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Indianapolis building authority.
