  Stay away from this place as far as possible. We had Mr. Mark Moon represent us in 2015 for our first house. He was great and we returned for him to represent our investment property in 2017. Mr. Moon had left the firm so they assigned Jaewoo Cho to us. He was a nightmare from the beginning. He did not know anything about real estate law. His answer to our questions was always "I'm not sure. I have to ask Mr. Kim." Jaewoo Cho was very lazy and unresponsive. He almost got us into a law suit because of his misconduct and lack of legal knowledge. He cursed us out and slapped the door on our face on the closing day. We recorded everything he said and will file a complaint to NJ Bar Association. There are so many good Korean real estate firms in this area. Don't spend money on someone who thinks he is Harvey from Suits and curses you out in Korean. Will never return to Kim, Choi, Kim PC!
