::I spoke to the branch manager about documents to transfer money to a new IRA. And also open a new college fund for my grandaugher. However, when I went to the branch today they refused to help me with the required documents to transfer my money to Charles Schwab. They also did not want to help open a new account. They were extremely rude and unprofessional I withdrew all my money.

::So let's talk about this company. So I'm overdraft twice, the third time was on them. They saw what my account was at before they took the money out knowing it would put me in overdraft. They did it anyway. So I had someone who they know deposit my check for me because I injured my back again. They told my person that since I've had overdrafts that I would have to wait 5 days really. Oh by the way at the time I had over three hundred dollars in my account. I called to talk to the manager wont be in until next Thursday. Must be nice, let the crazies run the institution. So my personal opinion they don't care about their customers who have been there over two years. They must really hate the veterans cause I am one. Why do you think there at a 2.3 rating cause they are not a good bank.

::I used to be a teller at a bank and worked the drive thru. This bank has ridiculous wait times and the customer service sucks. Have a sense of urgency for god sake. There is no need to wait 30 + minutes just make a deposit.

::They are the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my recurring payment to Verizon claiming it was a false charge....a phone payment. Not only were my phones turned off, but they cancelled the card and I had to replace it via mail. They gave me a temporary card that is ONLY good for atm use. A couple months prior to this, they did not mention that the overdraft protection cost me money. When I went to cancel the guy acted like he had never heard of such a thing. I also had to come in more than 5 times to resign and sign loan documents because they kept screwing up. Nobody here is in any way helpful do not use this Bank ever
