  Dr Grant is by far the best Dentist in New York. Expert in his field. His goal is not only extraction but will save your tooth. Painless, pain free and very safe.

  I had an appointment to go to a week ago. On that day, I was running a little late because i had trouble driving to the location. I was lost. I had called the office to make sure if it was okay for me to still come in since i was going to be late. They told me yes. When i went to the office, i was the only patient there. I was suppose to get just a cleaning done so they took me in and did my x-ray. Then, they told me to wait in the waiting room which i did. The receptionist had called my name and told me that i have to reschedule and come back nexttime because i was late. They took my money for the X-ray which is irrelevant to getting my teeth cleaned. I’ve drove all the way from Long Island to get there which took me an hour. I wasted my gas. Already I’m not financially stabled. I wasted my money for the parking meter. I wasted my time. This bad experience had put me in expense. The principle is not the fact that i should come on time, the principle is getting the respect and consideration that i deserve. I feel that the office should’ve been more professional. If I’m late, they still could’ve kept me and did me last. I wouldn’t mind. I’ve been visiting the doctor ever since i was a little child and now I’m 26. As of now, I’ve made it my priority to not go back there anymore, no matter what. They only care about the money and not their patients.

  I love Dr Grant he explain the x-rays and what procedures needs to get done. Workers are very friendly and they are capable to speak to patients in various languages. My only hang up is the place is small and could be more neater. I had 3 extractions and went home feeling no pain.

  HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. AND PEOPLE WITHOUT INSURANCE HE IS REASONABLE.
