  Went here a few days ago just to simply get my teeth cleaned. I call at 10am and set up for 1:30pm. I arrive on time and my insurance doesnt go through and I say I am willing to pay. They see whats up with my insurance and help me try to get it resolved which I appreciate and is why I am giving a 2 star review. After about 30-45 min I tell them I will pay, but they still insist on the insurance. Fast forward about 15-30 min later a man who's been here since 12:30pm is complaining that he's been there for around 2 hrs. After his complain they finally let him see the dentist. Long story short it seems like there is only 1 dentist who works there and they dont hold people accountable or accountable enough for coming in late which causes long wait times and they seem to only take insurance. So if you are looking to pay exclusively with insurance and are okay with at least a 1 hour wait time then this is the place for you, but if you are like me and you value your time and efficiency more then skip this place.   I WENT ON MARCH 6 TO THEIR OFFICE I EVEN WENT WITH X-RAYS SO THEY WOULDN'T TAKE SO LONG... IS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS SINCE I WENT ND I KEEP ON CALLING MY INSURENCE COMPANY AND THIS PEOPLE HAVEN'T SEND THE PRIOR REQUEST SO I COULD GET MY MOUTH FIXED !!!! WIRST OFFICE I BEEN IN MY LIFE I DONT SUGGEST THEM........THEY VERY SLOW ND UNRESPONSIVE ND PROB DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING

  I rarely write reviews but knowing how difficult it is to find a good dentist I felt compelled to share, I have been here couple times already and I waited to write this review after consistent experiences. Every time I come, the staff have been very friendly and patient with me. Atmosphere is great and the Office is always nice and clean and waiting time isn't long. Dentist know what they are doing and will answer any questions that you have. Plenty of parking around and there is a train right by the corner of the block. Recommend this place for adults and children of all ages.

  The employees here have a very charming politeness about them which made me feel welcome even though the quality of medical professionals in this area (both doctors and dentists) usually don't have a great reputation. I gave them a try, though my gut went against it. The first time I went, the dentist made a mistake with my filling and I couldn't close my mouth fully, but everyone makes mistakes. I naively gave them a second chance and asked the dentist if he could fix the first mistake. It was decided that he would file the filling down. I left afterwards and realized the filling that there was supposed to be less of was in fact gone and what resulted after that was half of my jaw's teeth ended up being in overwhelming pain. So much so that I had to call out of work the next morning. I couldn't give them another chance and decided to switch dental offices. Sadly after forever of never giving anyone a bad rating, after all of the run around this office has given me when trying to receive my x-rays from them to give to the new dental office (a whole other story), I have to give this place pretty much a thumbs down. I wish things could've gone better with them.

  Had a great experience. Rosalee is knowledgeable , humble and helpful. The lab is onsite and I was given options and was very pleased with the expeditious top notch work. Will suggest anyone go here and will continue to utilize their services.
