  Early morning seems orderly and safe. First time that I've taken a bus out of Kenmore. Passengers waiting for the bus queued up respectfully without pushing or jumping ahead of anyone. 👌

  Station is great. Renovated with more lights and cameras. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. Need more interactions with customers then sitting in a booth texting. Smh.
