  perfect location. service was top notch: my remote didn't work on the TV, it he was changed out within 15 minutes on a busy Friday night! check in was friendly. and I was able to charge my electric vehicle free of charge! my room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I'll definitely stay again. also the gym was great

  This is a great hotel, quiet, perfect location, high quality rooms with outstanding beds, solid wifi. Most importantly the service is top notch, everybody from the front desk to the people who clean rooms are professional and warm. It is also a great location, about halfway between highways 280 & 85 on De Anza Blvd. It is very close to outdoor gems like Stevens Canyon and Ranch San Antonio SP and is surrounded by excellent restaurants of all types. I've now stayed there twice, most recently two nights.

  Second time staying here in the last 2 years. Service is ok considering you don't have to stand in long lines to check in and out. Rooms are clean and the perfect size. Very comfortable beds and room temperature. The location is perfect as it is easy to get on and off the freeway. Short distance from many delicious restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely would come back on every visit to Silicon Valley area.

  This is simply not a 4-star hotel. Maybe the prices imply so, or it was a couple of decades ago, but definitely not the case today. It has a nice view of the mountains and spacious rooms but everything else is quite old. My room and bathroom were quite dirty and it was the first time that I ever left a hotel the next day!

  Had a truly marvelous stay here. The rooms are updated and well kept, with thick walls. The front desk was very gracious. As I chatted at check-in, they moved my room to a more suitable one for my situation without me even having to ask. Parking is in a convenient attached garage.
