::My first time trying a Hilton, and I was a bit disappointed. I expected high standards, and it didn't meet them. Customer service was the best part of my hotel experience. After checking in to the original room, the hotel employee was very understanding and changed me to another room when I expressed that I didn't want a view of parked cars right at my window on the first floor and a handicap shower with the shower head at chest level instead of above the head. So I appreciate the no-hassle approach to changing me to a better room. The room was very clean, and modern, and that's why I give the room 4 stars. I took one away because the pillows were awful, not supportive at all, and squished flat under the weight of one's head. And the regular shower doors were glass, with the handle bar facing inward on the door which made it very difficult for me as a fat man to maneuver and shower. But that's my only negatives about the room. The discount on the stars for atmosphere is because the walls were not thick enough to keep out the excessive noise and screaming of a bunch of children in a nearby room all morning long.

::Great location from Apple Park across the street to a little strip mall of ethnic food. So many choices all within a walking distance. The rooms are clean and I was impressed. Most of the front desk staff are super friendly, except one that had no idea about the laundry room to smiling. Everyone else greets you with a smile, if you stay here you will know right away who I am talking about. Overall this has been a great stay.

::I stayed here over the weekend 8-9 April 2023 in room 540 and was so disappointed. I am a diamond member with countless stays at Hilton properties and never once had to leave early due to poor room or service. I filed a complaint with the corporate headquarters and let them know I would wait a week before posting about this poor service, but no response leaves me with only guessing they did not care to try to make things right. So what could be so wrong? Well it wasn't a dirty room, cold water, or anything like that, it was a faulty fire alarm that would go off because of a shower. It happened at night, and we left the room and told the front desk, but they seemed unconcerned and just returned us to our room. The same thing happened in the morning and when we reported it there was no resolution. In frustration, we left several hours early because the alarm would not stop despite having the window as far open as possible. On a good note, the room was spotless, the hot tub was great, tasty breakfast and a great fitness room was all perfect....so was the free and safe parking. I have never been so dissatisfied with Hilton. If they betay8my trust again, I will change my loyalty.

::I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was conveniently located and check in was easy (I do digital check in and keys on the Hilton app). The room was spotless and the hotel was very quiet. We did not need housekeeping during our stay. The only complaint that I have is that the only option for breakfast was the buffet. I was disappointed because every time I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I always look forward to the restaurant because the food is spectacular.

::Very DISAPPOINTED with the property. Hard to believe it’s Hilton affiliated for the quality of service/attitude I experienced. The front desk was not professional nor respectful at all. We booked for one night at this property for a Saturday on bookings 3 weeks in advance and got the confirmation email. However upon arrival we were told that our reservation shows up as for Friday in their system and was marked as no show, although the front desk clearly read that our confirmation email says Saturday. The front desk was indifferent about the situation, did not provide further assistance beyond”but that’s in our system“and refused to provide information about the property’s supervisor/manager who we might be able to contact. Instead we were asked to contact bookings ourselves to find out what was going wrong with the hotel’s system and who the person in charge is. Half way through the communication she casually brought up that “the property is actually fully booked for today so even if you get back from bookings we have nothing for you” so we ended up wasting an hour in the lobby and having to find another place to stay after midnight. For the whole time the front desk didn’t apologize and didn’t even show any understanding for the inconvenience they had brought us. And up till this point we haven’t got any explanations on why the system went wrong nor any updates on refunds. I’m sharing this unbelievably disappointing experience with potential customers considering booking this property. Save your own time and choose somewhere else that actually values their customers
