  Knowledgeable + friendly people run the store. Loads of parts in stock which is perfectly convenient when you break your things and need new stuff quickly so that you can go for bike rides. Generally everything you could want if what you are looking for is a high end mountain bike shop

  I use JRA for all my bike needs. They are really knowledgeable, friendly, and always provide lucid advice. Highly recommend them.

  I’ve been taking my bikes here for a couple of years. They are courteous and knowledgeable, and not too salesy. Can be a little pricey but it’s worth it for supporting a local business that values its customers.

  Really nice and helpful staff. I didn't end up buying anything, but I learned a lot that will help inform my eventual bike purchase. Good selection. If the don't have a size of bike currently built, they'll make it happen so you can sit and take a test ride before pulling the trigger.

  This is a great shop. They were excellent for me on many occasions. My bicycle needed repeated modifications. They were patient and friendly. They sincerely wanted to make sure my bicycle was in perfect condition and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!
