::Excellent store, very knowledgeable and helpful! Even though I stopped by on a busy day when lots of other people were in the store, the employee was cheerful and friendly. She quickly communicated with me and the other customers, balancing all of our requests well. I tried out several bikes (I think I did 6 test-drives) before settling on an awesome Brooklyn Bicycle Co Willow 3-speed. Thanks to Bicycle Belle and employee Becca, I'm now off and biking (which I haven't done in nearly 20 years!)

::The folks at this place are wonderful! They take great pains for their customers' comfort. I've always felt really welcome here, never felt condescended to, cold-shouldered, pressured, or lied to for a quick sale. I've also learned a whole lot from them about what's important in a bike that I didn't know about. I further appreciate that they stock quality products here. I've always felt confident about the quality of the things I purchase here, and the one time there was a defect, someone came to me after closing time and replaced it on the spot. That was above and beyond. This is one of those corner businesses that invest in relationships with their customers. Highly recommended, especially if bike shops sometimes feel unwelcome or uncomfortable to you.

::I cannot say enough about how great the owner and staff are. They are knowledgeable and helpful and consistently provide excellent service. My family has purchased two bikes here and we couldn't be happier with the ongoing service.

::I bought my family-friendly bike from Bicycle Belle almost 2 years ago. In retrospect, I should have bought something a bit more rugged -- as I ride fairly hard, with a heavy load of kids + gear, and I ride through the winter in all weather. If there is a weak component, my riding exposes it! When some warranty issues came up, the crew at the store was always willing to replace the component, or offer an upgraded component at a small price difference. They stand by their products, their repair work, and offer very trustworthy advice. This store is the "Trader Joe's" of family cycling. They focus on their core offering, offer a limited (but trusted) selection of good-value components and accessories and they get to know their customers. An absolute asset to Boston Area family bicyclists.
