  I wanted to give it a 4.5 but I guess you can’t do half stars on google. As close to Peter Luger’s as we’re going to get here in CT. It is, by far, the best steakhouse I’ve ever tried in Connecticut. Highly recommend. The soups and salads are delicious and are ridiculously reasonably priced for a place of this stature.

  We went to celebrate my brothers birthday and we were a little disappointed with the food. It was good but not of the caliber expected of a fine steakhouse. The steaks were cooked well and the service was really good. Had a nice bottle of wine and loved the old school atmosphere.

  I was very happy with my huge rib eye steak that was really the best I ever had!!!!I mean this was huge, 24 ozs they said it weighed but it looked bigger than that!! It was cooked beautifully!!!!Husband had the Salmon dish which he really enjoyed. We had a really nice sophisticated waitor which you do not see these days. Definitely highly recommend!!!!!

  The service was great, the drinks were strong and the food was generally good. The only problem was that I found the meats to be a little overcooked. That included both the bacon appetizer and the stake entree, even though the entree was ordered medium-rare.

  Short & sweet. 5 stars! I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! From the ambiance to the AMAZING & friendly waitstaff that goes above & beyond to ensure you have the BEST dining experience Joseph's Steakhouse is a MUST! Although I have yet to review some other renown steakhouses I've dined at, Joseph's is in my top 5 if not my top 3. To everyone @ Joseph's, Thank You! You get it & are doing it right! Keep it up!
