  Herb did an amazing job assisting me with a suit for my wedding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I definitely had a great experience and would recommend him and this store.

  Went in for a tuxedo fitting and to set up a group order for my wedding. I already knew what I wanted but it still took the better part of two hours. This was because there was no leadership and a lack of knowledge of the computer system. The employee even put my name into the system wrong. This took even longer because they had to call in to correct the name. We insisted the problem was fixed before we left the store although they said they were busy and said they would do it Monday. Today is a Saturday. This made the employee visibly impatient that he had to call to fix the stores mistake. We left the store with the problem fixed but I would never use this location again.

  Friendly but pushy sales staff, overpriced blended fabrics, and no phone call when our suits were ready lead me to give this store a pass. Their sales sound too good to be true. The prices and quality are mediocre, even with a "Buy 1 Suit, Get 3 Free" gimmick. Go elsewhere and spend a little bit more for a suit that will last. Even if you're hoping to get a budget suit, shop smarter and avoid this store. P.S. When I spend over $1000 in a store on tailored dress clothes I expect them to be pressed when I pick them up. Simple neglect is inexcusable in competitive times.
