  Despite it looking like a tornado came through, shoes tossed about all over the place, I found a couple of pairs of shoes that I like. Look for a coupon....save a few $$.

  Only not giving it one star because they do actually have shoes inside the store. Customer service is absolutely terrible; essentially had to grab an employee by the hand and drag them with me to ask about a size. Waited 15 minutes and made eye contact with multiple employees who ignored me entirely. I was in the men’s aisle right in front of all the registers and it was clear I needed help. Won’t be back

  I buy all my shoes from here. this store is not as big as other locations but still has many many shoes and if you could not find your desired size you can ask the sales person to order it for you online. also, if you become a member here, they send $10 reward card for holidays, your birthday and every time you spend $150. I see everyone complained about the costumer service not being good here but honestly, I never felt a need for a customer service at DSW. everything is clear about sizing and availability. you can go around, take your time, find the best style and fit without someone following you and ask you constantly if you are finding everything alright.

  A nice selection of shoes but the staff doesn't seem to know/sort inventory too well. Also most of the stock is feminine, not too many men's sneakers.
