  A few of the Staff members need to learn Common courtesy to patients, really just people in general This is not the first time I have had interaction with these 2 Staff members I have talked to both on the phone snd in person today One said she was just a acting Manager and the other one was Jai . Jai put something over her name tag, so I couldn’t tell anyone her name. But i already knew her name from phones calls when ,she hung up on me many times My only reason for this review is because the Doctors at this Practice are great But they need to know their Staff can made the Practice a warm welcoming place to go Or your your Staff can make people never want to come back I personally won’t t be coming back

  Very disappointed in the scheduling. I made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a call to switch things around as the schedule had changed for the doctor. No problem. Working to find a new day, the date she gave me conflicted with another appointment. She didn't listen to me, began blaming me for not being able to reschedule, got irritated as I worried whether or not this appointment needed to be in person vs. telework, got increasing frustrated that I was not able to make a decision quickly. I finally canceled my appointment all together. I didn't make the mistake, lady, you and your office did. I can't move all these appointments around that fast, I needed to look at my calendar for work, for personal commitments, and for my own surgical appointments which were many. How dare you imply I was the reason for your inability to reschedule in a matter of minutes.

  The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable, staff are friendly as well
