  I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place warrants it. The staff is always so rude and you can tell they genuinely do not want to be there. Most of them have no business in customer service. I don’t know who does the hiring and training of the staff here but they do a terrible job. Not only were they snippy and rude, but while waiting for fabric to be cut I got to listen to them complain about all of the customers in detail. The girl who checked me out (Trinity) was very put out that I needed a bag for my purchases. I explained that all of the small things I bought would get lost in my car without it. She said “I had no idea you wanted one” and rolled her eyes. I’ve never had some one ring up my purchases and just leave them in a large pile on the counter. Seriously bizarre. Just do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Joann’s!! The rest of them are great.

  I've never made a bad comment about any business I've been to, yet this store had captured my attention in which its ridiculousness has left me speechless. When I called, the amount of disrespect I have received is horrible. I am a customer, and as a business, its your duty to take care of me. And this business has FAILED me.
