  The technicians were friendly, and charged me 296.00 for their service call and labor. I thought that was excessive for what they did. The labor was they defrosted my refrigerator and cleaned it. The refrigerator eventually needed to be replaced as it wasn't working properly, and never did after 8 service calls from another company, because since it was a Samsung I had to go through a Samsung certified technician, which they were not. It was ultimately declared unrepairable by that company. When AAA came out the second time because it was all froze up again, they said it was the compressor. It is true the refrigerator was a bum refrigerator, but the Samsung technician said it wasn't the compressor because it wouldn't be keeping the frozen food frozen if it was. Even though they correctly diagnosed that the refrigerator was bad, they didn't correctly diagnose the real problem, which was more complicated then they knew. I just wish they had only charged me the $150.00 service call, but instead charged another $146.50 to spend time defrosting the problem. I think their rates are too expensive. I wish they would have told me they couldn't repair it right away, instead of charging me extra to defrost it.

  They were responsive and most courteous! Their price was very fair. The technician was polite and tidy, and explained everything he was going to do - including showing me the broken parts. I will recommend them to all my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thank you!!

  These guys wanted $300 to replace my dryer belt. Total scam! Don't do it.

  Great experience! They were super friendly and their prices were reasonable for the job they provided. Will use again if I have another appliance that needs repaired.

  AAA Appliance is wonderful! They installed a fridge and microwave at my home and did a very professional job. Cory helped us make a great decision on which brand to go with. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done right. This company also fixed our washing machine about a year ago and did an excellent job. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommend!
