::My new favorite ramen place, and I'm pretty upset that it's so far from my neighborhood. My husband had one of their bone broth ramens, which was rich and so delicious. I got the volcano tonkatsu, and it was actually spicy enough for me! Attentive service, great music, I just wish it were in Brooklyn!

::I come to Jin Ramen far more often than I would like to divulge and I never regret it. Definite up there with the best Ramen shops in NYC. Get the spicy tonkotsu ramen with a fried egg!

::We had two kinds of Volcano Ramen. The broth was tasty but should have asked for less salt (we don't eat a lot of salt, do that might be just us). What kept us from 5 stars was the amount of noodles - too much compared to vegetables/meat and everything else.
