  Ordered two very simple sub orders at 6:51 pm today 5-17-2018. As I’m writing this review I have yet to receive my order and it is now 7:35 pm. I called to ask about my order and all I got was excuses. My fiancé and I live at Dolce Loving Hometown Apartments it’s literally right across the street!! There’s no reason for it to take an hour for these subs. Don’t advertise that y’all are “freaky fast” when it took an HOUR to receive my subs especially when y’all charge for a delivery fee. By the way the subs were soggy and honestly it was a waste of 34.00. I will never make the mistake to order here ever.

  Ordered 9 sandwiches for my team at work and asked if I can add lettuce to one of the slim sandwiches and the lady scolded my associate who picked up the order and told her we can’t add or take away anything on a slim sandwich. We only asked for lettuce on one sandwich! Our order was a $50 order, It was not necessary for her to say anything. She also only gave us 2 mustard packets when she knows there are more then 2 sandwiches and no mayo. And when she was there to pick up the sandwiches she was told to wait for awhile when the order was completed and there was no one else in the store. Was planning on making this the go to store for catering services but after the service we just had they have lost us! Normally have a positive experience at jimmy johns but this location clearly does not care to give good customer service

  I love Jimmy and he loves me, he showed me his sandwiches and I loved those too...

  Staff friendly and fast, but only 1 kind of cheese. It may have been a 12 inch sandwich, but seemed like 10. I put double meet on it and made it a combo. It was not a $15 sandwich. Just other options for less option
