  I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute worst experience with dominos ever. Usually my favorite place- BUT THE “MANAGER,” “ZACHARY RISENHOOVER” was INCREDIBLY CARELESS AND RUDE. I ordered a pizza and a soda. After my tracker had been sitting at “perfection check complete” for over 20 minutes, I was worried that my order was forgotten. So I called the store, and of course- since no one cared to answer- I had to call twice. When “ZACHARY” answered he was extremely apathetic. I expressed my concern that my pizza had not left the store, and that if not it would be cold. He told me that the order was still at the store and that he only had one driver. I offered to come and get my pizza. But he insisted that the store was now closed, and no guests could come to the store. So I suggested he run it through the oven again to be sure if would be hot when I got it. Zachary’s response was that he had already turned off his oven. -.- He never once apologized. He did not offer to do ANYTHING about my pizza being cold or EXTREMELY LATE. I canceled the order- but oh don’t forget how I’m still out $30 for 5 to 7 business days. AND STILL HUNGRY.

  Ordered pizza that was delivered burnt. Was told I would receive free pizza. Ordered free pizza, but it was NEVER delivered!! Went to store and was told not their fault! Will NEVER EVER order from a Dominos again.!!

  Love this dominos, the food is always fresh and hot. We always get friendly drivers, one driver we've become very familiar with and always have conversations with him. They have the best food and best workers

  Yet another order delivered incorrectly. I'd stop using dominos if it weren't for my son. Every Friday is pizza and movie or game night. Due to special circumstances with him using another pizza place is not possible. This location right now is running about an 20% average of making it here with a completed and correct somewhat decent quality of product. I've stayed silent, given grace and even continued to tip quite a bit even when it was not deservedbecause every person and business had its bad days. I have finally reached my point where I must write this review so others no what to possibly expect when ordering from this location. Here a just a few of the issues I've encountered over the past couple of months: - delivered wrong salad - delivered burnt pizza and chicken bites, not a little burnt a lot burnt totally not edible burnt - forgot salad all together - delivered wrong pizza - didn't put extra toppings on pizza - provided no dressing with salad even when paying for extra - forgot soda The only positive to this location is that 95% of the time they are crazy fast, then again what point is crazy fast if it's not edible or the order isn't complete. I look forward to the day when I can order a pizza from somewhere else simply because I'm tired of never ending mistakes. Again it may seem like I'm nitpicking but keep in mind that time and time again I til the drivers 20% or more regardless of what happened and I have never made a complaint to the store itself because I'm not looking for free food or taking additional time from my child by being on the phone explaining it to them. I'm resorting to this review to prepare others considering ordering from this location that they do not stand a good chance of getting a good quality and accurate order.
