  This location provides quick service even during busy hours. The main disadvantage with this location is the lack of easy parking. If you can't find a space out front (which happens often) then you will have to drive to the parking structure which is time consuming. Parking garage is free when staying less than 3 hours.

  Great, quick sandwiches. Terrible staff at this location. Delivery is awful and visiting in-store is no better. The music is always blaring. At my last visit, the employee taking my order couldn't hear me over the loud music and said "I can't hear you dude" twice before, shouting, he finally heard me. 🙄 Not a "dude." Just turn down your tunes.

  Used to always order jimmy johns and love it. I've ordered from this location 3 times since I moved to shadyside and the service is atrocious. Each time took well over 30 minutes to get to my apartment. On one occasion I ordered a coke and they actually put it in a fountain cup in the bag with the rest of my food, it broke open and soaked the food. The last time my roommate ordered, he got the wrong sandwich and no chips even though the receipt was correct. The food itself hasn't been fresh either. Can't bring myself to order from here again.

  If you are a veggie lover, go for #13 Gourmet Veggie Club instead of #6 Vegetarian. 9-grain whole wheat bread makes it yummy!
