::40 minutes for a sandwich to be delivered 5 minutes away. I know I made modifications but somehow magically they didn’t go through. I have a cheese and dairy allergy, not a sensitivity I break out in hives, so I know 100% I would not have ordered a sandwich with cheese and I vividly remember checking the modifications prior to paying. So glad I spent $20 just to throw away a sandwich I waited 40 minutes for. Only giving 2 stars because the employee I spoke with on the phone was polite.

::Far from freaky fast. They are working on a big to to order, but no one is doing the in house orders so we get to sit and wait for 15 minutes. Garbage stinks like it hasnt been taken out for over a day.. communication lacking as well.. Edit: they called saying I didnt pay, my wife called in the order (thought she paid over the phone). I tried paying when I walked in and was brushed aside by the person at the register to help the next person in line. Now they are wasting more of my time. Avoid this location as they are not organized at all and cannot seem to run a restaurant accordingly.

::Left sitting an hour and a half on a delivery when I called them they said the order didn’t go through but they called me. My smart phone never received a call. They told me I’d be better going to somewhere else to get food. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

::Placed in online order for the weekend and received a call from the manager saying they are closed weekends due to staffing issues. He worked with other local stores and transferred the order there so I would still get the delivery. I am impressed with how the manager handled the situation with a call demeanor and worked to find a solution. Luckily I work across the street so I will be able to continue to show how much I appreciate their awesomeness by ordering during the week. I know once they get more staff I can look forward to great service on the weekends again.
