::Sounded like the manager or other person on duty had some personal things going on in the back. No judgement on that, life/things happen. Shoutout to the woman that held it down out front. I used to work in the industry and appreciate her quick/attentive work. I know these reviews are delayed, so my visit was Tues, 2/21, ~6:30pm. Shoutout to both employees. Haven’t eaten my food yet but you have great people at your store.

::Certainly not freeky fast. I get 30 minutes for lunch. Walked in and waited 10 minutes for the one worker to take my order. She was busy making to go orders. They ran out of onion strings for their new sandwich so I got the lulu. 12 minutes it took her to get it ready. I had 8 minutes to get back on the street. Never again and this JJ.

::ETA - It is now 2 weeks later beyond my initial experience and I still have not received a refund despite multiple promises from this store and from corporate that this would happen. I am beyond myself - this is the worst service I have ever received from any food establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered food from a hotel that is 2 minutes away, I waited for more than an hour to be told that the food was on the way. Then they claimed it was delivered to the “Security desk.” There is no such desk. It was not at the front desk of our hotel or the next door hotel. I then called and was told it was being remade to be brought to me. Another 20 minutes pass and I still have not received my food - again I remind you I’m a 2 minute drive away, but I don’t have a vehicle to get to the restaurant. I was told my food was on the way and I requested a refund. Another 5 minutes pass and still no food. I call again and they tell me my order will not be delivered since I requested a refund. Beyond disappointed.
